A black teenager (Jacob) is shot and killed by a white police officer in Chicago. As Black Lives Matter protests surge across the city, so does the gang violence in one of the murder capitals of America. Jacob�s cousin (Jowann), hoping for a better life and not wanting to end up another statistic, desperately fights for a way out of the hood.
