Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Andres Barrera, Laurielle Clark, Michael Madigan and Erik Weatherspool to create a three-course meal by using habanero chiles, bittersweet chocolate and fresh sardines for the Appetizer round; strawberries, celery root, lamb loin chops and Swiss cheese for the Entrée round; and corn tortillas, dried chipotle peppers, blueberries and violet mustard for the Dessert round. Judges are Mark Bittman, Amanda Freitag and Aarón Sánchez.
