Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Katie Rosenhouse, Michael Giletto, Amy Roth and Chris Burke to create a three-course meal by using littleneck clams, Yukon Gold potatoes and rhubarb for the Appetizer round; striped bass, corn tortillas, applesauce and okra for the Entrée round; and carrot juice, white chocolate chips, baby beets and hominy for the Dessert round. Judges are Aarón Sanchez, Scott Conant and Marc Murphy.
