Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Mario Tolentino, Erica Wides, Sunshine Best and Warren Schierenbeck to create a three-course meal by using bourbon, anchovies, dates and frog legs for the Appetizer round; hamachi, beets, tortilla chips and Malta for the Entrée round; and clementines, scotch, basil and toasted oats cereal for the Dessert round.
