Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Deborah Bicknese, Jacques Gautier, Jodi Burnhard and Anthony Paris to create a three-course meal by using red carrots, chinese okra, potato knishes and ocean perch for the Appetizer round; ground pork, sorghum molasses, cheese crackers and mustard greens for the Entrée round; and puffed rice cereal, cognac, butterscotch candy and pancetta for the Dessert round. Judges are Chris Santos, Alex Guarnaschelli and Geoffrey Zakarian.
