Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Mark McMann, Jennifer Meadows, Ed Harris and Anthony Locastro to create a three-course meal by using chicken thighs, bitter melon, cream cheese and papadum for the Appetizer round; turbot, wasabi peas, purple cauliflower and satsuma mikan for the Entrée round; and brie, rutabaga, frozen cranberries and English muffins for the Dessert round.
