Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Samantha Buyskes, Colin Kruzic, Alejandra Padilla and Sammy Davis Jr. to create a three-course meal by using tamarind soda, cocktail nuts, haricot vert and goat brains for the Appetizer round; cream of coconut, baby turnips, wakame seaweed and fish heads for the Entrée round; and peanut brittle, Marsala wine, wonton wrappers and durian for the Dessert round. Judges are Scott Conant, Geoffrey Zakarian and Aarón Sánchez.
