Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Gillie Holme, Lauren Gerrie, David Greco and Ondre'a Duverney to create a three-course meal by using graffiti eggplant, cape gooseberries, biscuit dough and Peking duck for the Appetizer round; Cornish hens, concord grapes, gruyère and banana leather for the Entrée round; and Italian orange liqueur, cheese crackers, cherimoya and Jordan almonds for the Dessert round. Judges are Scott Conant, Maneet Chauhan and Chris Santos.
