Grace & Favour: Mr. Rumbold complains to his co-workers that he simply doesn't get any respect, so the staff members decide to try a new management system. So the powers should be shared democratically from now on. In the evening the staff joins a dart tournament in the local pub. Meanwhile Captain Peacock has to lead the command to rescue a drove of sheep.
