Night Visions Season 1 Episode 1

Night Visions: Jeremy Bell is a transportation official investigating an airplane crash with no survivors. He begins to fear his daughter was on the plane. During the investigation, he is romantically drawn to a woman who's family died aboard the plane. He begins to question his sanity after an increasing number of vivid feelings of deja vu. In the end he discovers that the entire post-crash experience has been some kind of hallucination in the moments before his death: both he and the woman he's involved with are passengers on the plane and it all starts to happen again...
