Air Emergency : While flying over the Indian Ocean, South African Airways Flight 295 begins to fill with smoke. A fire had broken out in the cargo hold, but all efforts by the crew to extinguish it fail. In a final, last ditch effort to save the passengers from asphyxiating, the crew attempt to vent out the plane by opening the passenger door while in flight.
