Air Crash Investigation Season 5 Episode 13

Air Emergency : Birgenair Flight 301 was taking off from Puerto Plata en route to Frankfurt, Germany. During takeoff, the air speed indicators on the pilot's and co-pilot's instrument panels were giving conflicting readings. Rather than aborting the takeoff, the pilot pushes ahead. The confusion leads to pilot error and cause the plane to crash, killing 189 passengers and crew.
