The New Scooby-Doo Movies: On their way to an auto rally where Speed Buggy will be performing, the Scooby gang stop over in Winona where nightly winds seem to haunt the small town. They encounter the Speed Bugs along the way and decide to leave town for the rally together. However, an accident with the Mystery Machine leaves Scooby's gang stranded, giving both groups the opportunity to investigate and put a stop to the dreaded winds haunting Winona.
