Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's: Six months have passed since Goodwin's defeat and the residents of New Domino and Satellite return to their normal lives. As promised to Yusei, the two cities are now linked by bridge and the divisions between the citizens are gone. However, strange things begin happening. A strange meteorite crashes outside of the city and three new people have arrived to replace Goodwin as the Director of Sector Security. Meanwhile, a duelist known as the Ghost begins terrorizing duelists. Trudge tries to stop him but ends up in the Emergency Room. Yusei, Jack, and Crow decide to find and take Ghost down. As day breaks, the Ghost appears and begins a duel with Yusei.
