Doctors: Mac discovers that Julia put their house on the market without his agreement - he was livid. Mac promises to remain calm. Julia excitedly suggests they have an allotment if they're going to live in a flat. Sarah visits Helen and she is drinking, sitting alone in the kitchen. Sarah is shocked by the mess. Sarah reminds her of all she has to be thankful for. Helen cannot see any positives as she crumbles before Sarah's eyes.
