The Bill: Sgt Smith and PC Fletcher come to the aid of Johnnie Jackson, a former East End gangster who has been badly beaten. Smith and DS Carter discover that Jackson's grandson is dealing drugs on behalf of his illegitimate son, who runs a drugs and prostitution racket.
