You're Under Arrest: Ken senses that Miyuki and Natsumi aren't getting along. Flash back to the day before where they are on patrol and chasing down a purse snatcher. Unfortunately they spin out to avoid a cat, and Miyuki injures her wrist. Natsumi gets drunk that night and declares she wants to be more independent, which results in her being late the next day and missing filing a police report. Will the partners be able to work things out?
