Harry Hill returns with the culinary competition as the first eight of 16 young cooks enter the tent, with pastry chef Ravneet Gill joining Liam Charles to judge proceedings. In the first Technical the contestants are asked to follow Liam's recipe for a bake with an unusual twist, then have to make impressive fantasy cakes themed around their wildest dreams.
