In the first episode, with the liner about to depart the small Dutch speaking island of Bonaire, on the bridge Captain Bob gets word the winches down in the mooring station on Deck 3 aren't working. If the staff can't wind the lines in, the ship is going nowhere.An old-fashioned reboot gets them working again, but will they function at the next port? If they don't, the ship will be unable to dock - and the pressure is on for second officer James who is sent to oversee the operation.
